• Will I be charged duties for my guitar after it arrives?
While a rare occurrence, there have been customers charged with additional duty charges while shipping instruments. Please check your country’s policies regarding the import of instruments. Guitarras Castillo is not responsible for any duty or customs charges if and when they occur.

• Are the guitars insured while shipping?
Yes. All instruments are insured for their full value. Any damage that incurs while the instrument is being shipped will be handled by the shipping company (usually DHL).
• Is there a trial period when purchasing an instrument?
No. All sales are final when the balance is paid in full.
• Do you have guitars available now?
Available guitars are a rarity in Castillo's shop although it does occur throughout the year. Please write us to inquire about availability.
• What about repairs in the future?
Salvador Castillo guarantees all of his work for the life of the guitar. If you can get the instrument back to Salvador he will address the repair although it is often more cost effective to have your repairs done locally due to the high cost of shipping.
